Who we are
Since our founding in 2001, originally known as IBN AL BALAD and AL-SEROH AL SHAMIKHA (ASAS), Oasis Fajr has been a trusted name in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's contracting industry. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we have continuously delivered successful projects that meet high standards of quality.
We continue to evolve with the demands of the industry, keeping our skills and capabilities current. Our work is guided by steady improvement rather than shortcuts, and by delivery that holds up after handover.
Oasis Fajr works across commercial, industrial, sports and infrastructure buildings, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical and finishing work through an integrated project team.
Our general civil contracting scope covers concrete and steel structures, joinery and carpentry, high-quality finishing, prefabricated and modular building, demolition and earth moving, infrastructure services, pavement, dams and roads.
On the MEP side we handle mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing works for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, including electrical design and installation to local regulations, and fire alarm installation, operation and maintenance according to NFPA and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
Formerly known as IBN AL BALAD and AL-SEROH AL SHAMIKHA (ASAS), the company operates from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A designated Safety Officer, with supervisors and marshals, is responsible for implementing our HSE policy on site.
Material approval and verification
Materials are submitted, approved and verified against specification before installation begins.
Quality inspections
Work is inspected stage by stage so defects are caught while they are still inexpensive to correct.
Progress monitoring
Programme, manpower and completed scope are tracked and reported against the agreed schedule.
Project documentation
Job safety analyses, inspection records and site instructions are documented throughout the project.
Final testing and handover
Systems are tested and commissioned, then handed over with the supporting records.
HSE policy
Health, safety and environment
We consider our employees our most precious resource, and the environment the best gift given to us. Every one of us is an important asset and their health and safety matters to us.
HSE features prominently in our planning process, where due consideration is given to creating a safe work environment for all our employees and other resources deployed. We practise "Target Zero Accidents": every one of us carries out job safety analysis before commencing an activity, evaluates work-related risks and takes proactive measures to mitigate them. The process is documented and gives every worker the right to stop work if it is found unsafe.
It is the aim and intention of Oasis Fajr Contracting to gradually reduce and eliminate environmental pollution and damage through effective control of waste production and atmospheric emissions.
